2024-current. Transitioning from intern to a full-time in-house designer role, working at M.C. Dean has been a growth opportunity first and foremost.

The in-house design team supports an ever-evolving range of initiatives across the company. Work included developing sales collateral suites, creating social campaigns, designing proposal graphics and infographics, producing environmental and experiential designs, and leading photography and post-production efforts.
